A car in itself is not a ricer, the person that owns it is. I would bet this car’s owner previous owned a Civic or a WRX with a giant can and stickers everywhere, who played boy racer at every stoplight,
Although I may be generalizing as that’s the people who own these around here.

I think of muscle cars as a build ethos not an era, but maybe ca lling it a hotrod would clear that up
